Established over 15 years ago, 10bet have made huge strides in establishing a strong customer base and boosting their image with various high-profile sponsorships and endorsements. The operator is currently the official gaming and betting partner of Italian football giant Juventus as well as having Champions League winner Didier Drogba as their global brand ambassador. This has opened up the brand to a huge global audience and they are ensuring their online offering is up to scratch to satisfy the demands of their ever increasing player base.
As well as offering sports betting, players can also enjoy their online and live casino games offering roulette, blackjack, slots and many more across desktop, mobile and tablet 24 hours a day.
Upon landing on the 10bet website, it isn’t immediately obvious as to whether there is a new customer offer or not. However customers simply have to click on the ‘Promotions’ link in the top navigation bar to access the various offers.
Customers can filter the offers they are interested in based on whether they are looking for the sportsbook or casino. As our primary focus is the sportsbook for this review, we clicked on the ‘Sports’ link at the top to view the relevant offers seen below.
We were pleased to see that there were a few options available and we chose to sign-up to the headline new customer offer of ‘50% Up To £50 Welcome Bonus’. We simply clicked the ‘Join Now’ button on the first option to kickstart the registration process.
After opting to join, customers need to undertake a quick 3-step registration process providing some personal details and setting up their account with a password. This is a straightforward process and takes no more than a couple of minutes.
Once you have completed filling in the details to get registered, you will immediately be given the chance to make your first deposit as part of this initial journey.
Guests can make their first deposit through multiple payment options including:
After selecting your chosen payment method, simply enter the amount you wish to deposit and confirm your payment details. Please note that at this point you need to add the bonus code specified for the offer you are signing up for. This is available in the descriptions of the offer on the promotions page described above. In the below image, you can see the ‘Have a bonus code?’ box. We entered ‘PLAY10’ in order to activate the offer.
10bet only allows customers the option to deposit in either GBP or Euros. The minimum deposit amount for the majority of payment methods including debit card is £10 with a maximum of £50,000 depending on your payment method. 10bet will not charge for these transactions although it should be noted that your payment provider may. Some credit card companies regard betting transactions as “cash” and may attach a fixed and/or interest charge from the date of payment so you should check just to be sure.
Banks and e-wallet providers may also charge a currency exchange commission if you’re depositing in a different currency, or a transfer commission. Again, please check the terms with your provider as this will not be reimbursed in any way by 10bet. Once your details are verified the processing of the deposit is pretty instant with the majority of payment methods.
In most cases, 10bet’s verification is fully automated but there may be times they require additional documentation to confirm any new customers are who they say they are and satisfy all eligibility criteria. 10bet must be able to verify your full name, date of birth and address before your first deposit can be made. If the automated check fails, then you will be asked to upload copies of identifying documents via the “Account Verification” page which you can access by clicking your name in the top bar when you’re logged in.
Some documents that may be requested during a ‘Know Your Customer’ Check are, but not limited to:
For withdrawals, various options remain from when you deposited, but the timeframe for funds to hit your account can vary. The minimum withdrawal amount depends on the payment method you’re using and ranges from £5 to £25. The maximum amount for one withdrawal is £50,000.
10bet have given timeframes for various withdrawal methods which are:
Please be aware that when looking to make a withdrawal, any bonuses credited to your account must have satisfied all wagering requirements and qualification criteria before they can be released as cash. There may be times you feel the balance you can withdraw and that which is showing on your account are different and in many cases will be down to this reason.
All eligible players who have signed up to 10bet can take advantage of their new customer bonus offer when depositing for the first time. The headline offer is currently ‘50% matched bonus up to £50’.
An example scenario of how this works is if you deposit £20, 10bet will match 50% of this amount and give you an extra £10 free bonus to wager with. Therefore the maximum amount you can deposit to fully utilise this particular offer is £100, as the maximum amount 10bet will offer is £50 (50% of £100 is £50).
In order to claim this offer, you must go through the following steps :
As well as the main qualifying criteria listed above, there are some additional terms to be aware of in order to be eligible to claim the new customer offer. We have summarised these below.
10bet have been generous in offering additional bonuses where many sportsbooks may just have one or in some cases none. There is a range of deals that complement the headline offer, some of which we have outlined below:
You can stay up to date with any new offers by regularly checking the 10bet’s bonus and promotions page.
When you first visit 10bet’s site, it may seem a little unassuming without all the colour and flashing banners associated with other bookmakers. However the sports and market coverage is extensive with over 25 at the time of this review, ranging from national favourites such as Football and Cricket through to international sports such as American Football, Aussie Rules, Baseball and Basketball. Horse and Greyhound racing fans are duly catered for as are those that follow the ever-growing ESports market. We even found some fun, non-sporting markets in their ‘Specials’ which offered odds on the next winner of Britain’s Got Talent or the next James Bond!
At times, the site isn’t easy to navigate through due to the colour tone used, often blending important markets and promotional tabs amongst the rest of the site. Black, white and grey has been used predominantly throughout and this does little to enhance the senses and provide a thrilling online experience. This said, we do like the fact that everything is legible and well-structured so finding your market of choice shouldn’t be an on-going struggle.
When scouring the many markets available on a variety of sports, we thought we would take a closer look at the depth of markets on a single upcoming football match.
10bet have broken their segments down into quick links that put you through to either the most popular leagues, and to help get you to those games that are time sensitive and will commence earlier than the others.
We chose one of the quick link options to navigate to the latest set of German Bundesliga fixtures and were easily able to identify our fixture of choice. In this instance we chose the upcoming game between Bayer Leverkusen and Bayern Munich.
Each event has a total number of markets next to the top level odds and we were pleasantly surprised to see a whopping 190 markets being offered on this game. In other reviews of leading bookmakers we could expect to see up to 120 on average, so this was certainly way above those. The range of game specific markets is excellent with 10bet offering odds on many popular markets such as outright win/lose/draw, goalscorer markets, goals, cards, corners and many more.
We decided to kick-off the process of making a selection of bets and backed Bayern Munich to win the game and for Kai Havertz to score anytime. The bet slip did not follow us around and stay in sight as we scrolled up and down making our selections on various markets. This was not great as an experience and we also found that adding multiple selections didn’t automatically start creating an accumulator to compile our cumulative bets and odds. All the bets remained as single bets, which you can see below.
However there was the option to turn on the Bet Builder function and we explored this to see if we could get odds on our two selections together as one. A nice visual also appeared on the right hand side telling us to simply make two selections or more in order to be given odds on our choices.
After making the selection for a Bayern win and Kai Havertz anytime goal selection, we were given combined odds of 5/1. Bear in mind that once you select the Bet Builder, all the markets will remain but have no odds against them, so simply select the choice you want to make in the blank box and the selection will be updated in the Bet Builder.
Once your bet has gone through, a final confirmation appears outlining your selections, stake and returns if successful.
Placing a bet was a straightforward affair with the desired markets easy to find and the Bet Builder functionality made it easy to create a bet with multiple selections. The confirmation was instant and went into the ‘My bets’ section at the top right of the page for reference. There was no option to cash-out on the Bet Builder however it is available to players on standard bets. We ran another selection backing Bayern Munich to win and could see that the option to cash-out or take a partial cash-out by using the slider was available.
10bet do not currently offer their customers live streaming of events and this is somewhat disappointing given the investments they’ve made in getting their name out there as a big sportsbook. Having created partnerships with Juventus and Didier Drogba, they will undoubtedly get plenty in the way of brand awareness and traffic to the site. Maybe before such huge investments the company may have looked to get these features integrated in order to create a richer online experience for punters. There are currently live visualisations which report the various events taking place during a game but this is usually lagging behind where the action has invariably moved to in a short space of time.
Encouragingly, they did mention that it is something they are working on and hopefully it will be available to us sometime in the near future.
There does not seem to be an active loyalty program for sportsbook customers, however 10bet do give out regular bonuses and free bets to loyal customers.
10bet takes the security of all its members very seriously and uses state-of-the-art technology to keep customers safe.
The site currently deploys minimum 128-bit SSL digital encryption to protect all your financial transactions. They have gone further by ensuring the website uses a protective firewall that acts as a shield between the website itself and the outside internet. This acts as an additional layer of protection for both the company and their customers.
Additional points regarding security are :
Given these measures, we certainly feel comfortable using the 10bet platform where all personal and financial information is safe and kept confidential.
10bet have provided both phone and email addresses for customers to use if they need to reach out regarding any issues.

On the whole, we are rating our 10bet experience as ‘Good’ as the sheer scale of markets and the ease with which we could place a bet made it an intuitive site to use. The registration process was smooth and allowed us to register and deposit within the same journey with a choice of payment methods.
The site lacks a little personality due to the white, black and grey colour scheme used on most of the pages but this doesn’t deter from the high levels of functionality on the site and the ability to navigate through the markets. We were able to easily find the selections we wanted and to get a bet placed without any issues.
The sign up offer was a good one in getting players to register and use the online book. There may be richer offers in the market but this certainly was competitive, although the minimum deposit amount of £15 seems a little high for many first time punters, as does the 8x wagering requirement before turning the bonus into real cash.
The ability to build bets and accumulators was slick and we were able to get odds on multiple markets. There was the option to fully or partially cash-out bets giving the user a degree of flexibility and security if a bet is going either way.
One area where we felt let down given the high-profile nature of the brand was the lack of live streaming and more rewards for loyal punters. The site deploys real-time visualisations in-play however this is no substitute for live action. With their investments in partnering with Juventus and Dider Drogba, plenty of regular and first time players would have come through to the site only to find this facility lacking. The brand needs to address this if it is to compete with some of the other market leading providers.
In conclusion, we felt the site was highly functional if not overly glamorous, but this offers great opportunity for the future. The fact that the core offering has extensive markets and a good structure bodes well for the next phase of adding the proverbial ‘bells and whistles’. 10bet could inject a bit more colour to really give the site a sense of buzz but we were happy with our ability to find and place the bets we wanted on site.
